Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This page is a draft that the Dream Buildr owner is reviewing before launch.
Dream Buildr ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on dreambuildr.net, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the free strategy call booking. It does not cover the websites or accounts of our clients.
Who we are
Dream Buildr is a fractional marketing team based in La Vergne, Tennessee, in the United States. For privacy questions, email support@dreambuildr.com.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and anything else you type into our booking form, chat or an email to us.
- Information collected automatically: your browser and device type, approximate location (city level, from your IP address), pages you view, the page that sent you here, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this with server logs, cookies and similar tools.
- Booking details: the date and time you choose for your call.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your free strategy call, send reminders and reply to your questions.
- To follow up with you about our services. You can opt out at any time (see "Your choices").
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to fix problems.
- To measure how our own marketing performs.
- To meet legal duties and protect our rights.
Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small files your browser stores. We may use cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixels to see how visitors use the site and how our own advertising performs. Some of these tools may use your information for their own purposes under their own policies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and limit ad tracking in your browser or device privacy settings. If you block cookies, parts of the site (such as the booking calendar) may not work as expected.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work. They include:
- Our website hosting provider.
- Our booking, messaging and customer management platform, GoHighLevel, which runs the booking calendar and stores your booking details.
- Email, calendar and video-meeting providers used to hold your call.
- Analytics and advertising providers, as described in "Cookies and similar tools".
We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business (we would tell you if your information were handled under a different policy).
Text messages (when we turn them on)
We do not send marketing text messages today. If we start, we will send them only to people who clearly agree to receive them, for example by ticking an unchecked box on a form that explains the program. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help. You can also email us to opt out.
- We do not share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in with third parties for their own marketing.
When we work for a client
If you become a client, we may handle information about your own customers and leads (for example in your ads, website forms or customer management account) to deliver the services. We handle that information for you, under our agreement with you, and not for our own purposes. This policy does not cover how our clients use their own data.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. Booking and email records are typically kept for as long as we may still need to follow up or answer questions.
Your choices and rights
- Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP (if we send them).
- Block cookies in your browser settings.
Email support@dreambuildr.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We aim to honor reasonable requests wherever you live.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to our accounts. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to websites we do not run, such as booking, map or social media pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a major change, we will post a notice on this page.
