The ideal candidate will aid in designing, conducting, and presenting findings from various research studies including usability tests and heuristic evaluations, to enhance product design and functionality. Collaborating closely with UX Managers, Designers, and Engineers, the role requires a proactive approach to planning studies, managing logistics, and leveraging insights to inform design decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate user research activities, including logistics like scheduling and setting up labs. Moderate, observe, and administer study sessions and interviews efficiently. Capture and analyze qualitative data to derive actionable insights. Effectively communicate research findings to the team and stakeholders. Support in creating comprehensive reports, including graphs, highlight reels, and presentations. Must-Have Skills: Strong foundation in user research methods. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing schedules. Industry Experience: Background in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Information Sciences, or related fields is essential. Experience or a keen interest in accessibility and inclusion within the tech or product design domain.
