The Sr. Associate is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B by leading midsized business and technical projects that help our clients solve their business challenges. The Sr. Associate advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities Overview:

• Advises clients and implements solutions by combining project management fundamentals with an ability to engage and manage client stakeholders, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Develops and manages project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans, etc.
• Identifies potential risks, develops mitigation strategies and recommends key decisions for projects.
• Prepares, reviews, understands, and maintains complex project documentation.
• Effectively leads meetings and drives discussions to necessary resolution to keep the project moving forward.
• Provides oversight for the quality of workstreams and/or components of the project, ensuring that all deliverables meet the firm's quality standards and client requirements.
• Identifies potential Point B opportunities and makes introductions to appropriate contacts.
• Grows network through exceptional client service delivery and maintains relationships to support Point B business development.
• Coaches and mentors Point B associates and clients in developing new skills and growing their careers.
• Leverages individual strengths and abilities to get the work done.
• Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B values.

Required Qualifications Overview:

• B.A. or B.S. required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested.
• Ability to work remotely.
• Ability to travel up to 80%
• Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary.
• 5 years of delivering years of experience in enterprise application projects and digital transformation initiatives, with exposure to technology advisory, implementation, and adoption.
• Hands-on experience contributing to full project life cycle enterprise application modernization and digital transformation projects on key platforms such as ERP, SCM, POS, BOH, FOH, HCM.
• Functional expertise or formal education across domains such as Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Information Systems and/or Human Resources.

Desired Qualifications Overview:

• MBA desired.
• PM experience leading mid-sized projects.
• Cross-industry experience highly desired, or deep experience in a strategic industry.
• Consulting experience desired, customer-facing experience required.
• Experience coaching or advising others on PM activities.
• Experience with technology, systems implementation, PMO, operations, or process improvement desired.
• Experience being an effective member of a team.
• Experience in technologies like Toast, Micros, Simphony, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Kinaxis, OneStream, etc.

The estimated salary range for this role is $84,500 - $169,000 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
