We are looking for a Service Advisor at our Frankfort, IL location. This is a full-time position with full benefits including:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE ADVISOR

You’ll start your day off in our very busy service drive. You will receive training day one from the Service Manager and also from the Manufacturer. This a dual customer service and sales role with great growth potential. With using customer service skills to establish rapport with the customer. You will be tasked with explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle to the customer. You’ll be working with the Service Technicians to understand and explain the work that is being done to the customers car. You’ll also have opportunity to sell additional services and explain the benefits of doing maintenance on the customers vehicle. You will prepare and process Repair Orders accurately, including all costs, deductibles, and descriptions of symptoms. We maintain a high CSI score and have very positive online reviews. This means we keep our customers happy and coming back. What does that mean for you? QUALIFICATIONS FOR CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

  • Steady work history

  • Provide quality customer service, consistently achieving excellent CSI scores.

  • Continue to keep customer informed with necessary information based on service

  • CDK knowledge is preferred
