Senior Project Manager Senior Project Manager
Position Overview The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong background in project management, with a focus on HVAC and MEP systems. The ideal candidate will oversee project teams, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintain high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and team members to define project objectives and scope.
- Utilize Quickpen and other estimating tools to prepare accurate project estimates and budgets.
- Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with project teams to ensure alignment and address any issues that arise during the project execution.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience with HVAC and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in project management software, including Quickpen for estimating.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
