Daily responsibilities will include providing mail support, hospitality, and general office support. 80% of time will be spent on mail duties and 20% on other office responsibilities, so candidates should be flexible and open to learning other areas.
They will receive mail and packages, scan documents and ship items out as well.
Manager is looking for a service-oriented person that is high energy and motivated.
This role will require shipping and receiving experience.
It is important that candidates have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Teams).
