Konikoff Dental is looking for a *full-time Dental Hygienist* to join our clinical team in our *Battlefield office located at 684 North Battlefield Blvd, Suit A, Chesapeake, Virginia 2332* . *Status:* Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses
*What We Offer:*
* *Competitive Pay:* Base rate of $45 - $49 per hour, with unlimited earning potential exceeding $60 per hour.
* *Sign on Bonus: *$7,500
* Mon 8-6 Tues OFF Wed-Fri 8-5 One Saturday a month 8-12pm
* *Average Patients Per Day:* 8

*Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
* Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
*Qualifications:*
* Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
* Active state license as a *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)*
* Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
