  • Collaborate on new site openings and future market expansion.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute local marketing and membership growth strategies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to maximize operational efficiency and member retention.

  • Proven ability to manage teams, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to change.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory (preferably Cedar Rapids) and be comfortable traveling frequently to other centers.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Hands-on, people-centered leader.
  • Results-driven and financially savvy.
  • Motivational communicator and mentor.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and mission-oriented.

What We Offer

  • Leadership opportunity with a growing, purpose-driven company.
  • Competitive compensation package with bonus potential.
