Job Description: We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter. Assignment is extended on quarterly basis As a Recruiting Generalist you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. To be successful in this role you need to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and be able to execute quickly while keeping quality and experience in the forefront to achieve business hiring objectives. This role varies in scope and could provide support to a myriad of teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization.
Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in a sourcing or recruiting capacity), HR experience or industry experience related to role o OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field
• Uses an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles and develops a strategy to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines
• Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines Preferred: • Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates
• Adaptive to process changes
• Detail oriented
• Experience with Tracking Systems • Experience using Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating between multiple parties
