We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, welcoming guests, and supporting administrative tasks. As a Contract-to-permanent position, this opportunity offers potential for long-term growth with our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and employees with professionalism, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
• Manage a multi-line phone system, answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
• Monitor site safety protocols, ensuring badge requirements are followed and addressing any safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to report and resolve building maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and supporting on-site hiring events.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate and confidential documentation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and site events.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Support virtual collaboration with employees across multiple locations when needed.• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and receptionist duties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Capability to maintain objectivity and manage sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and working across multiple locations.
