As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Location: 2025 Stokes Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106-3003 PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty and promote PNC solutions. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and technology-based financial solutions. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and ensuring daily branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Managing Risk – assess and manage risks in line with PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Qualifications Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. Required: 3+ years of relevant experience, associate’s degree or equivalent, and relevant product knowledge. Certifications: None required. Licenses: Position will require additional background checks. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $44,720.00 – $57,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible.
