Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Order Selector to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment, accurately picking and staging produce orders using electric pallet jacks and rider jacks. The Order Selector must handle products safely, meet productivity expectations, and maintain quality standards throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately select and prepare orders according to customer specifications
• Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
• Load and unload products with proper handling to maintain quality
• Move and stage products in coolers and warehouse areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety and food safety guidelines, including working in refrigerated areas
• Communicate order status or concerns with team members and supervisors
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Qualifications
• Experience operating an electric pallet jack required
• Rider jack experience preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs routinely
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must work in refrigerated environments (38°F )
• Must pass a drug test and background screening
What We Offer
• Starting pay: $16/hour , increasing to $17/hour after 30 days of perfect attendance and independent order selection
• Upon direct hire: transition to per-package pay ($0.22–$0.23 each) , averaging $18–$24/hour
