Job Summary

This position has responsibility for leading CVCAs High School Girls Cross Country program in accordance with the OHSAA, the Principals Athletic Conference and our athletic mission to Build Christ?like Character as Ambassadors for Christ through Competitive Excellence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Train, disciple, and encourage student?athletes to perform athletically to the maximum of his or her potential to honor and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ
• Communicate the mission of the program
• Integrate the program into the school community
• Supervise practice and manage games
• Support student?athlete success in all areas of the student experience
• Other duties as assigned

Education And Experience

Previous Experience Coaching or Participating in Cross Country

Working Conditions And Physical Demands
