Licensed Aesthetician – On-Site | Ft. Mitchell, KY

Zonova Aesthetics is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. This is an on-site position based in our Fort Mitchell, Kentucky location.

The ideal candidate is a motivated professional with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a medical spa or luxury spa environment , demonstrating exceptional technical ability and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultation & Treatment Planning
• Deliver warm, professional, and knowledgeable consultations that empower patients to make confident, personalized treatment choices.
• Perform thorough skin analyses, assess client goals and concerns, and recommend tailored skincare and aesthetic treatment plans.
• Develop detailed documentation and customized treatment plans for each visit to ensure continuity of care and exceptional outcomes.

Aesthetic Treatments & Patient Experience

• Provide results-driven, high-quality aesthetic services with the utmost attention to safety, precision, and patient comfort.
• Perform a variety of treatments, including facials (corrective, hydrating, anti-aging), chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other advanced skin procedures.
• Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education and maintain consistent follow-up communication to foster trust and long-term relationships.
• Actively participate in digital marketing by creating authentic, educational social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) in alignment with brand standards and HIPAA compliance.
• Engage patients in loyalty programs, events, and community initiatives to enhance retention and visibility.
• Support product sales by recommending appropriate medical-grade skincare, maintaining strong product knowledge, and meeting retail goals.

Clinical Excellence & Compliance

• Ensure exceptional patient outcomes and retention through meticulous technique and personalized care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant documentation within EMR systems.
• Stay current on aesthetic trends, emerging technologies, and continuing education to ensure a progressive clinical approach.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals.
• Adhere strictly to all sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols, maintaining a pristine and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited aesthetics program.
• Licensure: Active and unencumbered Aesthetician license in the state of Kentucky (or Ohio if applicable).
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a medical spa, luxury spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
• Proven expertise across a wide range of aesthetic treatments and technologies.
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and medical-grade skincare formulations.
• Exceptional communication, professionalism, and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Confident using EMR/CRM systems and open to leveraging new technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Professional presentation aligned with the luxury standards of Zonova Aesthetics.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
