Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, staging for production, inventory storage, and shipping of finished goods.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities support production schedules and customer delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and manage physical inventory audits and cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless material flow.
  • Lead, support and motivate a team of inventory associates, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve accuracy, and increase throughput.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF (On Time In Full), shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, and operational costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of warehouse/logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory management, and lean warehousing practices
  • Proficiency with SAP
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret production schedules, logistics data and work closely with shop floor teams
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
