Senior Airs Certified Technical Recruiter Looking for a Healthcare Project Manager with 3+ years of experience working with Scrum/ Agile Methodologies. This is Hybrid/Remote role. Client is located in Camden, NJ We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will work with IT analysts and business stakeholders to implement complex, cross-functional projects using agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. This role will work with and support agile teams responsible for designing, building, and maintaining IT systems with a strategic focus on excellence in healthcare and high employee satisfaction. Key Accountabilities: Leads skilled teams in end-to-end project delivery for high-visibility initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Traverses between classic waterfall, agile and hybrid project management depending on the requirements of the initiative. Prepares project documentation i.e. charters, timelines, RAID logs, status reports and stakeholder communication plans. Prepares and communicates project status at various levels from team to executive steering. Leads project meetings / agile ceremonies. Tracks project metrics. Prepares and participates in weekly and quarterly cross team project intake and commitment ceremonies. Mentors less senior team members. Actively participates in PMO continuous process improvement. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree required. 5 to 10+ years of solid experience as a healthcare / hospital Project Manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities. Strong Project Management experience within a healthcare / hospital environment is highly desired. Experience must include 3+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role. Experience managing a large Scrum team. Project Management Institute PMP Certification (PMP) is desired or 10 years of project management experience in lieu of certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is desired or 3+ years equivalent experience in a Scrum Master role. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Successful candidates must be highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Highly skilled at leading group discussions, with excellent coordination skills and focus on follow-through. Excellent listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to mentor less senior team members and coach scrum teams on project management activities and agile practices. Ability to contribute to a collaborative culture and positive work environment.
