What You’ll Do: * Membership Growth: Use our proven system to engage new members and help them overcome barriers to starting a fitness journey. It’s more about inspiring people than “selling.” * Marketing & Promotions: Get creative with social media, community partnerships, and other creative marketing strategies to drive traffic and brand visibility. * Community Engagement: Be the face of Anytime Fitness at local events and build relationships with community organizations and local businesses. * Team Leadership: Lead and support your team of fitness coaches, sales associates, and part-time staff to create a positive and motivating environment. * Member Experience: Foster a welcoming, encouraging atmosphere in the gym where every member feels like part of the family. Ensure that every interaction is exceptional and member-focused. * Networking & Wellness Initiatives: Build connections with local businesses and health insurers to promote employee wellness programs and corporate memberships. Requirements: * Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license. * A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. * An extroverted, friendly personality and a genuine desire to help others succeed. * Ability to lead a team with positivity and energy. * Confidence in sales, member retention, and delivering an amazing member experience.
