As the RVP of Emerging Markets, you will lead a dynamic team transforming restaurant operations. Youll oversee field-based District Sales Managers and Emerging Market Account Executives, driving sales, revenue, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Youll work closely with your team to understand market needs and develop tailored solutions to help their businesses succeed. Your responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, coaching, support, and performance management to help your team surpass sales targets.

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation ranges from $271,000 to $434,000 USD, including base salary, commission, benefits, and equity (if eligible). Starting salary depends on skills, experience, and location. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions.
