Coordinator, Content Review needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Entertainment client located in New York City.

Assignment Duration: 3+ months (Initial contract)
Location: New York City 10010
Schedule: Hybrid, in office 3-4 days per week
Pay Rate: $25 per hour (Max)
Reporting to: Manager, Content Review
Overview
- This role will be responsible for ensuring content (Audio/Video) going through the (company) meets DSP metadata, infringement, Content ID, and quality guidelines.
Language Preference:
- Spanish speaking, Portuguese, Cantonese and or Mandarin.
Responsibilities:
- Review and QC audio & video content in accordance with DSP asset and metadata guidelines (e.g. Apple, Spotify, YouTube)
- Provide feedback and educate internal teams on how to handle products that may contain violations of The (Company) and DSP content guidelines.
- Contribute to internal process capture and documentation
- Work closely with team members, management, and other departments to communicate issues and roadblocks pertaining to department projects and processes.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in an operations role or supply chain environment in the entertainment industry or equivalent education/experience
- Knowledge of music metadata in digital distribution or digital streaming/download context
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; impeccable follow-up and follow-through capabilities
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
- Discerning eye and ear for audio and visual content; bonus points for specialized knowledge of independent music or niche genres
- Basic knowledge of copyright and current popular music landscape
- Fluency in a second language is highly preferred
- Experience working with a record label, distributor, and/or digital service content management systems is a plus (e.g. iTunes Connect, YouTube CMS, VEVO Backstage, Spotify Scatman)
- iTunes and Spotify style guides experience is a plus.
Estimated Min Rate : $23.00
