Job Description

Five Star Painting is looking for a vibrant and proactive Office Manager to assist in day-to-day operations. 

Satisfied customers are the key to our success. We’re in need of someone to oversee the Customer experience and ensure a personal, professional, and quality project. 

The ideal candidate has a natural ability to perform and accomplish without direct supervision.

-Maintain company and office efficiency. 

-Maintain appearance of office, organizing, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and projects.

 
-Social Media management.  

-Coordinating with staff, customers, and cultivating relationships with vendors.

 
-Responding to customer and employee requests and questions during and after normal work hours.

-Social media and marketing experience is a plus. 

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google with the aptitude to learn new software and systems.

Compensación: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
