Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Job description:

Epic Personnel Partners is actively hiring a  Bilingual Recruiter (SPANISH and ENGLISH)to support recruitment efforts at our  Bloomfield, CT location.

Pay: $19.00–$25.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00AM–5:00PM

Duties: The  Bilingual Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and supporting staffing goals across departments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and tailor strategies
• Leverage job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for fit and qualifications
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a seamless experience
• Assist with HR-related projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
