Position Summary:

The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for a Signals Analyst to support our customer in Honolulu, HI.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze and produce intelligence information (electromagnetic emissions, signals and/or cryptographic data; provide operational context).
• Gather SIGINT data: Calculate signal parameters based on external characteristics through software and hardware tools.
• Use antenna theory: Apply principles, methods, analysis, and applications of radio frequency theory (radio wave propagation, antenna theory, antenna usage).
• Conduct bitstream analysis: Analyze binary data streams to identify and extract underlying user data (e.g., analysis of randomization schemes, multiplexing methods, and channelization for deriving intelligence).
• Understand ELINT: Use principles and methods of analyzing and/or exploiting foreign electronic signals and the associated systems.
• Conduct exploitation and analysis: Use principles and methods of exploiting global communications, communications systems, electronic signals or equipment.
• FISINT: Use principles and methods of analyzing and/or exploiting foreign instrumentation signals and the associated systems.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
• All experience and education must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category and all degrees will be from accredited colleges or universities.
• Education:
  • Eight (8) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Six (6) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree.
  • Four (4) years minimum experience and a Doctorate Degree.
  • Ten (10) years minimum experience and an Associate Degree.
  • Twelve (12) years of experience and a High School Diploma or GED.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.
• Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $145,000 - $183,000

Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt.
