Ideal candidates are curious about user behavior, skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, articulate, and able to communicate findings effectively. Essential Job Responsibilities Conduct independent research on product aspects and user experiences. Gather and analyze user behavior data via various methods including lab studies, ethnography, surveys, and A/B testing. Present research findings through reports and presentations. Source targeted research audiences. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience. Moderation skills for group facilitation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. Experience with remote usability testing and focus groups. Experience with both web and mobile platforms. Background in related fields like human factors or market research.
