We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist to serve as the face of the clinic—answering phones, scheduling visits, checking in patients, and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.

Position: Medical Receptionist

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
• Accurately collect and enter insurance and demographic info into the EMR
• Scan and organize patient forms, including HIPAA and intake documents
• Schedule appointments, collect payments, and issue receipts
• Stay sharp with regular training and participate in team learning
• Help support and mentor new hires during onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a big plus
• Comfortable with tech—Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and EMR systems
• Prior medical office experience helpful but not required
• Friendly, proactive, and truly passionate about helping people
