Plus, training is paid at a competitive flat rate of $650 weekly, ensuring you're compensated fairly as you learn the ropes. Advance Your Career with Your Own Truck and Competitive Pay. Upon successful completion of your training, you'll be rewarded with an upgrade to your own truck. Say goodbye to sharing and hello to your own space on the road, In addition, you'll receive a pay raise to $0.55 per mile, with an average weekly pay of $1,400.
