Key Responsibilities Technical Implementation Leadership: Collaborate with engineering teams and scrum product owners to translate SEO consultant recommendations into actionable development stories and implementation roadmaps. Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and technical requirements for SEO enhancements. Technical Evaluation & Strategy: Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed technical SEO solutions within our existing web architecture, including CMS integrations, Akamai CDN configurations, and multi-language implementations. Project Execution: Drive rapid execution of technical SEO improvements while maintaining quality standards and managing competing priorities across different development teams. Quality Assurance: Ensure all implemented changes align with SEO best practices and do not negatively impact site performance or user experience across global markets. Key Requirements and Technology Experience Product Management, CMS, SEO, Teamsite, Agile, Scrum skills. 3-5 years of product management experience with a focus on technical SEO or web development projects. Strong understanding of web architecture, including CMS systems (OpenText TeamSite), CDN solutions (preferably Akamai), and multi-language website implementations. Hands-on experience with technical SEO challenges, including hreflang implementation, international site architecture, crawl optimization, and site performance. Leadership & Communication – Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams in complex technical environments. Experience working with engineering teams in agile/scrum methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Project Management – Demonstrated ability to drive results in fast-paced, short-term engagements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience managing projects involving external consultants and multiple internal stakeholders. Experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise website management. Background in international SEO and multi-market digital strategies. Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms and CDN optimization. Previous experience in technical consulting or implementation roles.
