Job Responsibilities Gather requirements, analyze data, build dashboards, and interact with customers. Work with data sources such as SAP BW, third-party data, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. Use SSIS packages for ETL tasks when needed. Generate reports using Tableau. Key skills required: strong communication, advanced Tableau skills, requirements gathering/documentation, data analysis. Technical Skills Proficiency in Tableau, Business Objects, ETL, and Data Analysis. Additional Responsibilities Analyze, acquire, install, modify, and support operating systems, databases, and utilities. Conduct systems programming and support activities such as developing program codes, processing routines, and report generators. Monitor language codes, processing routines, hardware utilization, and database management techniques; update software as needed. Develop and review operator and control instructions; conduct system and programming tests. Perform programming tasks including design, coding, debugging, and documentation; prepare feasibility studies and test designs. Qualifications Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in systems programming. Knowledge/Skills: Specialized knowledge in analysis, installation, modification, and support of specified operating systems, databases, and utilities.
