The senior Business Process Analyst will provide business analysis and hands-on systems support for engineering technologies in support of global operations. The incumbent is responsible for delivering and supporting technology solutions while executing as a hands-on business and systems analyst.
Technical Ownership of the site MES system instance. Keeping the GxP systems in the validated state. Creation of validation deliverables, methodologies and best practices for the validation activities in IT projects, in accordance with GMP rules. Cooperation with vendors, service providers and other customer teams. Provide hands-on operational support for installed solutions. Provide technical consulting and perform user training as needed. Responsible for understanding the business requirements and their implementation in the MES system. Provide hands-on support (technical, process and content) for existing applications (mainly MES and KPI). Lead upgrade projects (hardware and software) Follows Customer Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Other projects and duties as required/assigned.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Application Developer, particularly in engineering systems, reporting, and mobile technologies supporting operations or engineering functions. 5+ years of technical experience with Werum PAS-X MES (administration, configuration, management, and operational support). 5+ years of experience working with GxP and regulated systems.
Expertise in Werum PAS-X (administration and configuration) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint.
Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation capabilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and business partnering skills. Strong analytical skills to evaluate and synthesize information from multiple sources. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, global environment. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Understanding of the regulatory environment in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

$90,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
