Wayfair Professional, the B2B arm of Wayfair.com, is looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Manager to serve as our Head of Digital Marketing. This individual will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid digital marketing channels across the Wayfair Professional customer lifecycle, with a focus on delivering seamless and interconnected customer experiences that drive both acquisition and retention.

In this high-impact role, you will manage $40M+ in annual ad spend, mentor and develop a team of four digital marketing analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with our Account Based Marketing, Sales, Customer Communications, Creative, Internal Prospecting and Brand teams. Your work will play a pivotal role in bringing our Account Based Marketing (ABM) efforts to life and driving meaningful business outcomes through data-driven and customer-first marketing strategies through an intense focus on lead generation and opportunity pipeline progression.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of all paid digital marketing initiatives for Wayfair Professional, including:
    • Paid Search (PLA, SEM, ToF Search, Paid Brand)
    • Display Advertising
    • Paid Social
    • Emerging platforms such as LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other ABM-relevant channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of four analysts, fostering a high-performance, test-and-learn culture rooted in data, experimentation, and iteration
  • Leverage analytics to track campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and optimize for business impact both through the efforts of your team and through individual analysis and contributions as required to maximize business performance.
  • Partner closely with our Account Based Marketing team and Sales to align digital marketing strategies with customer segmentation and ABM goals
  • Collaborate with the Creative, Customer Communications, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive messaging across touchpoints, ensuring an integrated experience from first impression through long-term retention
  • Manage budgets, forecast performance, and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging channels and technologies to drive innovation within the B2B marketing space

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise across paid channels; B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, partnered with insatiable curiosity and obsession over the details will make you successful in this role
  • Passion for the customer and a drive to build best-in-class experiences across the buyer journey
  • Proven success in managing and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Creative, and Brand organizations, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Experience with marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DSPs, and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Account Based Marketing approaches and associated tools is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

This is a hybrid position located in our Boston HQ. M-Th are in office, Fridays are remote.
