As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you are responsible for fulfilling our client's mission:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOU WILL:
  • Work alongside your Trusted Leader (General Manager) to ensure that our guests receive fast, accurate & friendly service
  • Achieve for 300% Excellence during daily responsibilities in order to provide positive and memorable guest experiences
  • Serve your Team so that they can consistently achieve our clients Mission
  • With the guidance of your Trusted Leader, you will also help lead your Team to operational excellence by being their leader, cheerleader, and teammate
  • Write dynamic schedules in order to achieve maximum productivity with your Team
  • Submit and perform all administrative tasks on time and in full detail, including taking inventory, placing and receiving delivery orders
  • Follow all operational guidelines, including maintaining accurate and consistent food prep schedules and opening and closing procedures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

ABOUT YOU:

You Professionally Have...
  • 1+ years experience in restaurant management
  • Worked in fast casual restaurant chains before (ideally but not required)
  • Food safety certification (ServSafe) and experience in ensuring safe food handling at scale (ideally but not required)
  • A desire to learn and master the key concepts surrounding labor management/scheduling, inventory management and ordering and food quality assurance
You Personally Have...
  • A passion for mentoring and training other people to grow and develop
  • Listening skills that let you understand your Team and what motivates them
  • Empathy for our Guests and your Team so you can accept, recognize and serve them fully
  • Desire to help people conquer their fears, insecurities and obstacles
  • The ability to persuade and motivate people to work at their highest level and as part of a unified Team
  • A desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself and to leave each Team member in a better place than you found him or her
