As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and assisting in various aspects of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring that all orders meet quality standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during peak hours, contributing to an efficient service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, particularly in relation to food preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability during busy shifts.
• Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
