Senior Project Manager (OSHPD) Senior Project Manager (OSHPD)
Position Overview The Senior Project Manager (OSHPD) is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with OSHPD regulations and standards. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders, managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage multiple construction projects in compliance with OSHPD regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with healthcare requirements.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Collaborate with HCAI and other regulatory bodies to ensure all necessary approvals and inspections are completed.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare.
- Proven experience managing OSHPD projects and understanding of HCAI regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of hospital construction and infrastructure requirements.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
