Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family, Hi-rise Apartments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multifamily construction projects, mixed-use, apartments, $10M+ from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and any potential risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project management within the construction sector, preferably in multi-family projects.
• Proven experience in managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
