RESPONSIBILITIES:

Software Development & Architecture

• Partner with the Development team and Project Managers to conceptualize and implement sophisticated software solutions tailored to client needs.
• Design scalable, secure, and efficient client-side and server-side architectures that align with project goals and industry best practices.
• Develop responsive, high-performance front-end applications with intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences.
• Implement and refine front-end and back-end application logic using modern frameworks.
• Architect and maintain robust, well-structured databases and applications that support both client and internal initiatives.
• Engineer efficient, well-documented APIs to facilitate seamless integrations and enhance system interoperability.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and security.

Technical Execution & Quality Assurance

• Conduct rigorous testing to ensure software responsiveness, performance, and security across all supported platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and refine Drupal, WordPress, and other CMS-driven sites, ensuring optimal functionality and maintainability.
• Implement and enforce security best practices and data protection measures to safeguard applications and user information.
• Ensure all digital experiences comply with SEO best practices, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern web development frameworks.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with designers and Project Managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes by optimizing workflows, recommending best practices, and enhancing team efficiency.
• Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and ease of future development.
• Support and mentor other developers, helping them refine their coding skills and development practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer in a creative agency or similar environment.
• You have a deep expertise in Drupal module development, JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue), and PHP.
• You are able to write efficient, well-documented APIs.
• You're also proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and back-end languages (PHP, Python).
• You have experience with JavaScript frameworks (Vue, React, Svelte) and database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
• You're familiar with web servers (Apache) and content management systems.
• You understand layout aesthetics, SEO principles, and performance optimization.
• You're experienced in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools.
• You're an excellent problem solver and can debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
• You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
