  • Conduct research and apply jurisdiction-specific accessibility codes, including but not limited to the 2010 ADA Standards and Fair Housing Design Manual.
  • Draft technical deliverables such as compliance reports, variance requests, and review commentaries.
  • Contribute to the professional growth of junior consultants through ongoing coaching and collaborative project work.
  • Represent the firm during client presentations, public agency discussions, and professional forums.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in accessibility consulting, building codes, or design-related fields.

  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from initial assessment through implementation.

  • Strong working knowledge of applicable codes, including but not limited to the 2010 ADA Standards, FHA, and state accessibility regulations.

  • Previous experience with multifamily housing, campus-style projects, or large public facilities is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues.

  • A proactive mindset and confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid model with a mix of in-office, remote, and on-site work depending on project needs.
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary and quarterly bonus program
  • Generous PTO policy
  • 401(k) with employer match and retirement planning support
  • Shared-cost medical and dental plans
  • 100% employer-paid vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement for continued education and certifications
