Security Professional - Industrial Patrol Griffin, GA As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Your presence and attention to detail will support a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with individuals on-site, and provide outstanding customer service, all while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thu: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to site protocols. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding Allied Universal standards. Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific policies. What We’re Looking For Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred. Experience providing customer service is preferred. Current CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
