Sme Scrum Master

Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented SME Scrum Master to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA. This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our Fort Belvoir, VA office with occasional remote work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading an Agile team in meeting their delivery goals, executing team events/processes, and participating in Agile Release Train events/processes.
• Training and coaching an Agile team in Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and Scaled Agile and ensuring that the agreed Agile processes are followed.
• Providing servant leadership for the team in support of their overall performance, ensuring no gaps and that the team knows how to plan, execute, review, and retrospect.
• Facilitating PI Planning, supporting iteration execution (with the team, Release Train Engineer, and Product Owner), improving team workflow, building high-performing teams, and improving ART collaboration/performance.
• Tracking key agile metrics to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree plus twelve (12) years of experience.
• DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level-II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.
• Certified Scrum Master.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in an Agile development environment.
• Relevant industry standard certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework.
• Seven (7) years of position-specific relevant experience.

Clearance requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen with a current/active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
