Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions on Salesforce B2C / B2B Commerce . The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-performance digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B) implementations
• Define technical architecture and best practices for SFCC projects
• Develop and customize SFCC using Controllers, Scripts, ISML, OCAPI, SCAPI
• Lead integrations with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Payment Gateways, OMS , and third-party services
• Implement headless commerce and API-driven architectures
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability
• Manage code quality using Git, CI/CD pipelines , and release management
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
• Support production issues and provide ongoing enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of eCommerce experience with 4+ years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Strong expertise in SFCC B2C Commerce (B2B is a plus)
• Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, ISML, HTML, CSS
• Experience with SiteGenesis / SFRA
• Strong understanding of Commerce APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI)
• Experience with integrations and payment services
• Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience with Headless Commerce (React, PWA Kit)
• Salesforce certifications:
• B2C Commerce Developer
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Experience with Marketing Cloud & Order Management
• Cloud platforms knowledge (AWS, GCP, Azure)
