We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Reprographic Associate to support copy, print, and scanning operations at a busy on-site location in Cohoes, NY. This full-time role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a professional printing or reprographics environment who is ready to grow their skills and contribute to a supportive, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain copy/print/scan machines (loading paper, replacing toner and staples, basic troubleshooting)
Process print jobs (both hard copy and electronic)
Perform finishing tasks such as cutting, binding, padding, and order prep for shipping
Support general office operations, including:
Stocking office supplies
Setting up conference rooms
Inventory checks (pantry/office)
Occasional reception or mailroom backup

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a professional print/copy environment
Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, etc.)
Able to work independently or as part of a team
Familiar with common office and print software (Adobe, Microsoft Word, email, handheld scanners, Teams, Slack, etc.)
Neat, professional appearance
