TDC Drivers enjoy:

• 7 out / 2 home OR 12 out / 3 home
• Average 2200-2600 Miles per week
• Several home time options depending on the drivers needs and home location
• 5.5/Reset Schedule will average 2000 2200 miles per week
• An average length of haul of about 400 miles.
• An operating area approximately 800 miles around Joplin, MO.
• 50% Drop & Hook
• 100% No-touch
• $250.00 Orientation Pay paid 1st Friday after 1st dispatch
• $250.00 Transition Pay

Pay:

• Paid Practical Miles (Empty and Loaded)
• 36+ Months Verified Experience = $0.57 CPM Base
• 24 to 35 Months Verified Experience = $0.53 CPM Base
• 6 to 23 Months Verified Experience = $0.50 CPM Base
• Per-Diem Pay:
• $0.495 + $0.075 = $0.57
• $0.455 + $0.075 = $0.53
• $0.425 + $0.075 = $0.50
• $0.005 CPM increase every 100,000 Miles
• $0.66 CPM Pay Cap
• Paid Holidays after 90 days of employment at $150.00/Day
• Vacation: $150.00/Day
• Detention: $12.00/hour after 2 hours
• Layover: $125.00 per day after 24 hours
• Extra stop pay: $20.00/stop (excluding first pick up and final delivery)

• All trucks are 2019 2023 Freightliner Cascadia Models
• 100% Automatic Transmissions
• 1500W Power Inverters
• Qualcomm
• Refrigerators in every truck
• Opti-idle 
• Truck Speed
• Governed at 65 MPH on the pedal
• Will run 68 using Cruise Control

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have at least 6 months of verified Solo OTR/Regional Tractor Trailer experience in the last 2 years
• Read and speak the English language
• Must have a valid Class A CDL license
• No unexplained gaps in work history greater than 2 months in the last 3 years
