Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with HR Recruiters for hiring

· Maintain the daily biometric clocks for the region

· Collect and deactivate Repsly devices, computers, cars, gas cards, business cards, etc

· Maintain local office operations including but not limited to equipment, rent, leases, utilities, stationary, office parking, administrative issues and troubleshooting

· Manage all aspects of the Repsly application, devices, obtain equipment policy, Repsly application tracking, all device issues

· Vehicle administration

· Transport and travel arrangements

· Handle all aspects of regional operations matters

· Coordination and communication with Regional Hotspot Managers

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· 2-3 years of operations management experience

· Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills

· Solid Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of the Repsly application a plus

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Proactive rather than Reactive mindset.

Salary: Up to $48,000.00 per year
