Duties:

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Direct client job order requests to appropriate staff.
• Accurately input associate information into Bullhorn.
• File Field Associate employee folders.
• Administer pre-screens, applications, and assessments.
• Audit Field Associate time cards for accuracy.
• Conduct audits for I-9, E-Verify, and compliance.
• Telephone screen prospective Field Associates.
• Schedule candidates for assessments and interviews.
• Process weekly payroll and employment verifications.
• Distribute Field Associate paychecks.
• Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Process monthly Field Associate birthday cards.
• Order office and printing supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with answering busy phones and making outbound calls.
• Computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications MS Word, MS Excel & Google Workspace to include email, calendaring appointments, virtual interviews, chat, meet, sheets and more.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to operate standard office equipment i,e, scanner, copier, and multiline phone system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous successful experience in an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively interact with the business industry and staff members
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is desired

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $23.00
