Premium Resources: Everything will be provided to you. Bring your positive, problem solving attitude and your computer and everything else will be given to you. You will have access to our state of the art brokerage training, top tier technology resources, and all the support you need to grow into a vital team member to succeed in our vision of becoming the top real estate team in San Antonio.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct Executive Support: Manage Michael McCall's calendar, email correspondence, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail
  • Client Relations: Follow up with new leads and past clients, conduct initial phone consultations with leads and recruits, set appointments for Michael, and maintain client communication systems
  • Real Estate Activities: Show homes on Michael's behalf when needed, coordinate new listing activities, and assist with property and active client related tasks
  • Team Support: Help onboard new agents to the team, assist with team coordination, and support our growing organization
  • Lead Management: Utilize our CRM systems to track, follow up, and nurture leads through our proven systems
  • Technology Management: Leverage tech tools to streamline operations, manage databases, and optimize our digital presence
  • Project Management: Handle special projects, research solutions, and any additional tasks needed to support Michael and business growth

Qualifications:

  • Technology Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, email management, social media, and ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Communication and Professional Excellence: Outstanding phone, email, and in-person communication skills with clients and in the community
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Resourceful Problem-Solver: Ability to think independently, find solutions, and handle unexpected challenges
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude that complements our existing team dynamic
