What You’ll Do: Lead with purpose: Oversee day-to-day operations of your assigned property, including managing on-site teams. Drive performance: Ensure timely rent collections, reduce vacancies, and maintain excellent curb appeal. Support residents: Communicate effectively regarding payment plans, services, and support options. Leverage tech: Use internal maintenance and compliance systems to streamline operations. Promote community: Market units, give property tours, and maintain strong closing ratios. Enforce fairly: Handle lease violations, move-outs, and eviction processes with professionalism and empathy. Stay sharp: Monitor local competitors and maintain strong property reputation. Position Requirements: What You Bring: A strong sense of organization, problem-solving, and customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-first environmen t Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — because we serve a diverse community Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing processes, and property management best practices You’ll Also: Train and supervise assistant property managers and maintenance staff (if applicable) Perform inspections, submit reports, and ensure physical and administrative compliance Be the face of Tropicana — professional, warm, and ready to help Hours & Location: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance Why Join Us?
