Summary:

If this is you, you’ll be working on highly visible product across sports and professional leagues. This is where sport, design and culture meet and where we are redefining apparel for both athletes and fans. You will work with design to create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product, from on athlete to retail. You will be inspired and challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. You will do this by leveraging 2D and 3D tools.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design , Apparel Design , or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic production, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry .
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using 3D apparel design tools , especially CLO (or similar).
• Knowledge of graphic application on performance or sports apparel.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organization and multitasking skills .
• Effective communicator and proactive collaborator.
• Passion for design innovation ; interest in sports and athletic culture is a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Smartsheet , Airtable , or Miro .
• Previous experience working on professional or collegiate team uniforms .
• Understanding of print production processes and vendor communication .
