Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Photography Digital Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth digital workflow, from on-set file management to post-production preparation. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of digital capture, color management, and data integrity, ensuring that every shoot is executed with technical precision. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage digital capture stations during photoshoots. Ensure accurate color management and exposure consistency. Perform live tethering and monitor real-time image processing. Back up, organize, and maintain image files with meticulous attention to detail. Work closely with photographers, creative directors, and post-production teams. Troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras, software, and file transfers. Manage software and hardware, including Capture One, Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and external storage solutions. Assist in optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital Technician in a professional photography environment. Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital asset management. Strong understanding of color theory, RAW processing, and ICC profiling. Knowledge of various camera systems, including Phase One, Canon, Nikon, and Sony. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in high-pressure environments with quick turnaround times. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with video file management and editing workflows is a plus. Knowledge of lighting techniques and equipment. Familiarity with scripting or automation for workflow optimization.
