Are you a skilled phlebotomist looking to work in a fast-paced, high-volume medical laboratory? Rapid City Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Phlebotomist who thrives in a dynamic team environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficient, effective blood draws.
The position includes rotating early evening shifts, weekends, and some holidays, so flexibility is key. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. If youre ready to contribute your expertise in a supportive setting, we want to hear from you!

EDUCATION: Completion of a credited phlebotomy program or at least one year of experience. Must be 18 years or older.

ABILITIES:
ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Moves among many outpatient and inpatient settings. Exposure to communicable diseases, sharp instruments, bodily fluids, cleaning chemicals.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to walk to various settings and to bend and reach. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of supplies and equipment and help with patient transport and transfer. Occasional stress in dealing with priorities. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
