Marketing Specialist – Full-Time (Fort Lauderdale, FL)

Compensation: $135,000 (may vary based on skills, experience, and education)

Overview

Seeking a Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic marketing team in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. This role is ideal for creative, driven professionals with 2+ years of marketing experience (AEC industry preferred). The position supports a fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality proposals, presentations, event coordination, and marketing collateral for professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal & Presentation Development

• Design and produce professional proposals (Adobe InDesign) and presentations (PowerPoint) tailored to clients and projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.

Event Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing company events, including logistics and promotional materials.
• Coordinate conferences, trade shows, and marketing-related events.

Marketing Collateral & Graphics

• Develop brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
• Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining brand identity.

Communication

• Draft and edit written content for campaigns and collateral.
• Manage and create content for digital platforms to enhance online presence.

Administrative & Team Support

• Organize project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
• Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, creative, or related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience (AEC industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving skills; works well independently and in a team.

Other Requirements

• Full-time, in-office (Fort Lauderdale, FL).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
