Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic newly licensed Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Your primary goal will be to help clients find homes or investment properties while providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the real estate sales process, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered.
• Conduct market research to determine property value and ensure competitive pricing.
• Create and manage property listings for sale or rental purposes.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sales and leases.
• Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Newly licensed real estate agent (or in the process of obtaining a license).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in real estate.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
