Responsibilities

• Prepare and weld metal components using Laser or TIG welding systems.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints and written instructions.
• Measure, inspect, and verify part quality and tolerances.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply innovative problem-solving and precision-focused work habits.

Qualifications

Entry-Level Candidates:

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Interest in hands-on, high-precision work.
• Willingness to learn through Phoenixs onsite training program.

Experienced Candidates:

• Familiarity with TIG or Laser Welding processes.
• Ability to select proper materials and welding techniques.
• Skilled in working independently from detailed drawings or instructions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must pass a standard vision screening.
